In 1990, she became an officer and in 1997 was named Executive Vice President. She was appointed President of one of Crews Bank & Trust’s legacy banks, Wauchula State Bank, in January 2018. When the Bank unified in September 2023, Donna was named Market President for Hardee, Highlands, and Polk counties. Throughout his education and career, Eric has shown his passion for banking and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
He was born and raised in Wauchula, FL and has been with the bank family for nearly three decades. Danielle has worked with the bank for over 25 years and has held many positions, including data supervisor, human resources manager, executive assistant and lead teller. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Jamey is a graduate of Manatee Community College and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Finance.

Shawanna is lifelong Floridian from Highlands County and currently resides in Sebring. She joined the Bank as a personal banker in 2000, bringing with her over twelve years’ experience in banking, having worked as a teller, lead teller and assistant branch manager. Lory manages the Trust and Wealth division to help coordinate the diverse services provided. Her management and operations experience gives her the resources necessary to lead a team of professionals offering trust products and services with a high degree of personal attention. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust, James held a variety of positions including branch manager, business banker, and mortgage lender. Cristin was already a familiar figure in banking and commercial lending in Collier and Lee counties when she joined the Bank in 2016.
Prior to joining our Bank, Jennifer worked as a teller supervisor at another financial institution for three years. NMLS # Originally from San Diego, Charlene moved to Englewood in 1999 and began her banking career upon her arrival. Throughout her time at the bank, she has held many positions, most recently as retail branch support, working on special projects and training.
She was born in Virginia and moved to Arcadia as a child, where she graduated from DeSoto High School. She works closely with Link2Success, and often gives tours of the bank and speaks to local schools about banking. Sara joined the Bank as a teller specialist at the Murdock office in 2002 and quickly rose to the position of head teller. She cross-trained as a personal banker and helped maintain operations of the branch retail staff while managing the many facets of teller operations. Brad joined the Bank as Vice President and Commercial Banker in August 2022. Brad has a connection to the central Florida area having spent twenty-five years in the financial industry there, with two decades focusing on commercial real estate lending.

Rob began his banking career with Wauchula State Bank, one of Crews Bank & Trust's legacy banks, in 1996 after a 10-year career as a US Army Officer and Cobra & Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot.
She has served as a board member, board Vice President, and board Treasurer for the Bonita Springs Lions Eye Clinic. Cristin has been a Junior Achievement volunteer as well as a member of the Bonita Springs Kiwanis Young Professionals and Reading Rocks at Bonita Springs Elementary.
